The Board of Directors shall be no less than three or greater than ten in number including the Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary. The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining incorporation status, directing the activities of the EBPA according to the By-Laws, and managing all funds and financial transactions.

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting direction, establishing priorities, calling and conducting meetings, facilitating communication and cooperation among the committees.
